Who owns the domain names on DaddysDomain.com?
- We do NOT broker domains for other domain owners. All of the domains listed on our website and every domain that points to our website belongs to us. While we are always developing new websites for our domain names we are also willing to sell any of our domains for the right price.
What Is The Transfer Process?
- After we’ve received payment we will verify the purchase you have made and transfer the domain into your own account at that time. Since domain transfers are a manual process, it usually takes 48 business hours before we’re able to transfer the domain to your own account. If you wish to move the domain to a new registrar, you will be able to after we’ve set you up with your own account that has access to the domain.
- How Can Payment Be Made?
- Payment is accepted at this time through PayPal or Cashiers Check via mail. . If you are buying a high value item (over $1800) we also offer Escrow.com with the buyer paying the escrow fees.
- Will I Own The Domain?
- Yes, once purchased it will be moved to your account and in your name, you will have FULL CONTROL the domain from then on. We will be completely out of the picture after you’ve purchased the domain and you will be the authorized owner.
- Does Anything Come With The Domain?
- You are buying the domain name only! No hosting, email or other will be provided by DaddysDomain. You will have to do hosting separately. If you want we can provide recommendations for hosting, however DaddysDomain does not provide actual hosting. If you would like the logo to be included with the domain you are purchasing just add $69.00 to your purchase price and indicate your request for it. We will send it to you in 3 file formats.
- For how long should I register my domains?
- You should keep your registration good for at least 1 year. Domains do have yearly renewal fees – and we advise you to renew your domain every year. Once you have purchased the domain from us – this renewal will be through your current registrar. Price varies depending on the registrar, but typically the registration renewal costs around $10 – $35 per year.
- How long does it take for the new ownership to show up on the WHOIS record?
- Whois information is not updated immediately. It typically takes just a few hours for Whois data to update – though different registrars are faster than others. Usually your Whois information will be updated within two days.
- Sales of Domain Names
- All sales are subject to the final approval of DaddysDomain.com and we reserve the right to cancel any order at anytime for any reason. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time during the purchase process until funds are received and VERIFIED. Once the funds are received and verified and the domain name has been transferred into the buyers account and the name is in your possession, only then will the sale will be considered final. The domain purchase cannot be cancelled anytime after the domain transfer has occurred. We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best domain buying experience and smooth transactions are cornerstone to our service. Once an agreement is made we go to work getting your desired domain in your possession as soon as possible. If payments are requested we are open to work with you on a case by case basis. If an agreement is made, we have a contract that is singed by both parties – when making payments use of the domain begins with the first payment, but full ownership and transfer is not done until the domain is fully paid off.
